Refunds & cancellation.
The plan is to make billing easy to understand and easy to stop.
No charges in this preview
The pricing page is a proposal. It does not collect payment or start a subscription. Viewing a plan, choosing monthly or annual, or opening the app demo does not create a charge.
The proposed cancellation approach
When paid plans are available, the proposed approach is to let you stop the next renewal from Billing in Settings. Paid features would remain available through the time you already paid for. After that, the account would move to Free.
This is a proposal, not an active billing service. Existing records and export access are intended to stay available after a downgrade. Final terms will be shown before checkout.
Refunds are still being decided
Refund windows, eligibility, annual-plan refunds, prorated amounts and trial rules have not been set. We will publish them before accepting payment. We are not announcing a money-back guarantee or a no-refund rule in this draft.
Nothing in the final policy should limit a refund or other remedy required by applicable law.
A charge you do not recognize
Contact [email protected] with the date, amount and order reference, if you have one. Do not send a full card number, security code, password or bank statement with unrelated details.
If app store purchases become available, the store’s refund and subscription tools may handle those purchases. Store-specific instructions will be added at launch.
Deleting an account
Deleting records or an account is different from canceling a subscription. Before deleting an account, check its billing status and export anything you need. See account and data help.
